At CNC®, we have distribution centers around the world to ensure that you receive your shipment as soon as possible. Our biggest warehouses are in the US and Europe and are normally fully stocked, so you can place your order with confidence.
In order for you to receive the products as soon as possible, we will prioritize shipping from the nearest warehouse according to your address. For example, if you order a CNC-X-WE machine and a few boxes of CNC POLICE Cartridges, we will split the order: the CNC-X-WE will be shipped from our US warehouse and the CNC POLICE will be shipped from its country of origin.
After you submit the order and the payment is successful, generally, we need 24 - 48 hours to process your order, please check your phone/email so that we can contact you in case of any issues and with shipping updates. After delivery, we will submit the courier tracking number on the website and your email. You will receive the courier tracking number in about 72 hours, stepping on your tracking information.
The shipping cost may vary from time to time base on the actual logistics companies' charging fee plus the packing fee.
After you fulfill the address form, the system will calculate the shipping cost accordingly. Freight prices vary depending on the weight of the cargo and the type of cargo (general cargo, batteries, liquid cargo).

CNC Tattoo Supply is responsible for the detection and prevention of fraud, misappropriations, and other irregularities to protect our customers.
Once our system detects a suspicious transaction we will have to ask for additional information for verification purposes whenever a customer places multiple orders before we process the orders.
For example, if we noticed that the shipping address is 200 miles away from the location where the order was placed. We will need our customers to provide us the following:

The recipient is responsible for all losses if the postal address is wrong, resulting in the parcel not being recovered after delivery.
When arranging shipments for orders from EU countries, no additional taxes will be paid if the machine is shipped from our European warehouse. If the machine is shipped from our own warehouse, we will adjust the declared price for you to reduce the tax amount. If a customer is unable or refuses to pay the local customs duty and the machine is returned, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
CNC Tattoo Supply is responsible for losses caused by the courier company in transit.
